PhoneSuite Professional With PhoneSuite Pro you can simply control your telephone by mouse click from the PC and you see all phone-calls in the integrated call journal. Everything what you still need for that, is a phone or a PBX-system with TAPI driver, a ISDN card or in the simplest case a modem. With ISDN-card and headset PhoneSuite can be used also as a simple software-telephone. With the offered data-connectors you can integrate available address information, for example the contacts of Outlook, ACT!, cobra Adress PLUS and combit address manager, Access databases (via ODBC) or you can read in LDAP directories.

PhoneSuite Professional If a contact was found for an incoming call, you can open the contact in the original application (for example ACT!) with one mouse click. It`s possible to dial telephone numbers out of other applications by hotkey, to search telephone numbers in other applications, to transfer telephone numbers into other applications, to create Word documents with address data, to set call-appointments, to enter call-memos and some more. Hint: to access a TAPI-capable PBX-system over a local network you can use the PhoneSuite Server. New: Support of Internet telephony by means of TAPI-driver for Skype. |
