TWAIN Commander TWAIN Commander is a utility for command line scanning from any TWAIN device into image files. It can create JPEG, TIFF (also multipage) or Bitmap files. The JSE TWAIN Commander supports also batch scanning. All relevant scan parameters like resolution, scan area color depth can be remote controlled without user interface.
