ISDN & MAIL ISDN & Mail is a professional software for organizing your daily effort of work in telecommunication in combination with email. With ISDN & Mail you have (dependent on module and type) a time-controlled software telephone system with lots of answering machines and call forwardings as well as a fax server and an email server for all users of your network. Our TOP version PROfessional enables the configuration of professional audiotex systems. It concerns freely composable announcement systems, which distributes - computer-aided and automatically and/or interactively via dialing tone - incoming calls or activates for example fax polling. You can use the integrated EdDeNET mailserver (available in module MailSVR) or any other mailserver with SMTP and POP3 functionality. Equipment as answering- and fax machines becomes unnecessary because incoming faxes and calls will be transported quick, comfortably and paperless by email in the users mailbox.

ISDN & MAIL Relevant call numbers can be assigned to your employees or departments and as soon as a fax or phonecall arrives, the authorized user or department will receive faxes or voice messages via email. Notification via SMS is possible. You also have the possibility to read the faxes or hear voice messages, which arrived in your office, because you can forward it via email to any mailaccount you wish. You just need a pc with an email-client and wma- or wav-player, which you can find in nearly all internet cafes. There is no need to install ISDN controllers in client computers, you just need a ISDN controller in your server. As practical side effect you thus have an effective protection from dialers at the work stations. You can give permission to all or just selected users of your network for sending faxes comfortably and quick via their email program. It is even possible to send faxes direct from each printable application. |
