Family Tree Journal for Windows You can enter data in a variety of ways, by importing GEDCOM files that have been created from other programs, entering individual information for each family member, family group, complete family (ancestors and/or descendants) or directly from your source documents. The program will automatically compile the information into Family Tree Journal data files. As with most genealogy software, you may print a variety of different reports or these reports may be formatted into book form. The program will automatically generate a title page, table of contents, multiple sections or chapters and an index to all individuals that are referenced in the book. For each chapter or section you may select from a wide variety of reports including charts and extensive biographies complete with photographs and reference notes. Each section or chapter may be sorted by family member`s date of birth, surname or reference number and sections may appear in any order within the book.
